Ability to change hotkeys

Hello,

 

We just downloaded your ExpressTalk phone as a replacement for Eyebeam, which was causing us headaches in the configuration department.

 

We are a 350 seat call center and will possibly be pushing ExpressTalk out to every one of our agents as their primary phone, and I am inquiring as to the possibility or plan to have the hotkeys (answer, hangup, etc) be user-configurable.

 

Not a big deal, but if you have any plans (or don't) please let me know.
