Auto Delete File From FTP Incoming Server

I have one person (with Windows XP) working on eXpress Scribe who has suddenly not been able to load wav files from our ftp server. If the file does load the wav file does not automatically get removed so other MTs are pulling the same jobs creating duplicates. She was working along fine for a month when suddenly this happened. No recent installs, no changes in PC settings, no change in ISP, no change in security settings. Please help
