PACKING SLIP

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to email or print a Packing slip... That's the one part of this program i couldn't figure out..

 

PLEASE HELP!

1) Open the invoice list

2) Highlight the invoice(s) you want to print

3) Click on the "packing slip" menu option

4) Select "Print packing slip" or "Email packing slip"

Just getting started with Express Invoice and so far so good !

 

However; can't get it to print / email a packing slip

 

I follow the instructions above and highlight the invoice I want to print BUT I dont have a packing slip menu option.

 

I've got NEW, DELETE, EDIT, PRINT, PREVIEW, EMAIL, FAX ,SAVE, PAYMENT, CREDIT NOTE -- in that window,

 

Everything on the top menu bar - Invoice, Reports, View etc -- all the options there are greyed out !!!

I'm exactly the same here... Did you find out how to get the Packing Slip "menu" to appear?

OK guys... Had to buy Technical Support... Here's the problem. We are Mac users. PC users will see that Packing Slip Menu. Mac users don't.

You need to RIGHT CLICK the invoice you want to print a packing slip for. Then, scroll down to the bottom of it, you will see Packing Slip and Shipping Label...
