Chris Bragg
I have a PC running XP with an SB Audigy 2 Audio soundcard. I used the Creative software accompanying the card to create a 24 bit WAV file (320 000) sampling rate. WavePad cannot load this file. It reports that the PC does not have an appropriate CODEC loaded. Windows Media Player will open and play the file. I retried WavePad after running Media Player. I have read the help files and followed the links to various internet sites. No joy! Can any advice be offered to fix this problem?
Guest Guest
hi, I am unsure if the released version of Wavepad has the 24-bit support in it, but please contact nch@nch.com.au and ask for the 24/32-bit version they should be able to give it to you. Please note we don't yet support *saving* to 24/32-bit files, we only support *opening* of those files.
