VOIP %cli% problem

I have IVM system running on 2 voip lines, however when i try to set the CLI number as var and when reading it out, it announces the IP address as well.

 

00:00 Answered line [2 "Line 2"] call number [77] cid [98234467@222.11.23.44] did[sip:63454512@sip.domain.com.sg] drn[0 (0ms)]

00:00 Setting call variable(s): CID=98234467@222.11.23.44

 

After that when the system reads the CID,

 

00:51 followed by read number: CID

 

It will read out 98234467222112344

 

Any one know how to fix this?
