Transferring call

I have inserted the ! into the transfer settings however it does not seem to get the line to Hook/Flash is there another option or am i missing something

I had to ! then ,, the for the number I had to enter it like 5,5,5,0,0,0,0 instead of jusr 555-0000 Good luck

I have a similar problem.

I installed IVM behind a panasonic 308 pbs.

With ! i can't transfer any call.

 

What can i do? I also pu S29= 60

but still not works

i'm also using this PBX system can anyone help me? i'v been having trouble setting up my software with my PBX. my main problem is the software cant detect any signal form the PBX, when you call the number you can hear the opening message then after you transfer you cant get back to the welcome message if the line is busy or no answer. i desperately need hepl about this one help me guys pls
