Transfer from another number fails...

Hi folks

 

I really hope, that someone can help me out with the following problem:

 

I have 2 VoIP Numbers by a Provider called Sipcall (sipcall.ch). One number comes to my VoIP phone. Now, I made a follow-me (transfer) in the accountpanel of my provider, if I don't answer the call within 10 seconds. It will be transferred to my secont VoIP Number where IVM AA is connected with. IVM AA detect the incoming call corectly, but in the moment, when it answers the call, it hangs up automatically without playing any message (on the phone there is one more dialing tone, afterwards I'll get the tututut ;-) (don't know the word, I'm from Switzerland *g*).

If I call my second number directly, there is no poblem with IVM AA... It answers tha call properly.

 

Does anybody can help me? I would be really glad...
