ma_roberge
Some time last summer, when version 2 came out, I posted a question as to whether my registration of version 1.10 would be lost or would apply to version 2 if I installed it. I never received any answer. I am now asking again with version 2.01 in mind. In other words, does one need to pay for each new version in order to be registered. I do not want to take the risk of losing my registration by attempting to upgrade. Thanks for your reply.
jerry4dos
Hi Ma: According to the WAVEPAD website, your purchase includes any upgrades that come out for THREE MONTHS following your purchase. http://nch.com.au/support/reg.html#HHH If your purchase was more than 3 months ago, you can purchase an upgrade at a discount price: http://nch.com.au/upgrade/index.html Jerry
Guest Guest
From what I can see by following your link, the pricing is $34.58 USD, i.e., about the same thing I paid for version 1.10. I cannot find a specific (reduced) price for upgrades. Is there one? The page to which I am directed in titled "Purchase Software", not "Upgrade Software". jerry4dos
Hi Guest: I think that IS the "upgrade price" for previous users. The regular price is $38.00. When I tried it, I got the $34.58 offer too. In the absence of any WAVEPAD offical jumping in here to tell us we're getting the wrong amount, I guess we need to assume an upgrade would cost $34.58.
