Guest TWells Posted November 26, 2005 Share Posted November 26, 2005 I am attempting to use both the IVM and VRS software on my WinXP SP2 machine with a Dialogic D/41EPCI. I'm using Dialogics SR5.1.1 wth both Feature Pack and Service Pack 1. IVM works well; it grabs CID and records the call fine. If someone picks up the line while IVM is recording I get both sides of the conversation. With VRS, I have tried as many different settings as possible, but I can't seem to get VRS to record the calls from the telephony board. Any ideas why IVM works and not VRS?? *Note I have also tried this with Win2k via Virtual PC with identical resutls. Thanks, TWells Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
