AC3 reading and converting to WAV

Hello,

 

I am trying to convert to a mpg file a DVD video I created from my TV.

On a first step I used the "DVD decrypter" software but it creates a AC3 sound file that is not recognised by my video editor.

I then used Switch to convert the audio to a WAV format and it works perfectly... for the 45 first seconds of sound.

Do you know why this limitation ? What can I do to get at least 5 minutes ?
