How does one Remove or Edit the Default Public Notes?

I love this software but how on earth does one remove or edit the default public notes: "Please contact us for more information about payment options." and "Thank you for your business."? The latter one is okay but I certainly don't want my customers contacting me about payment options because I only accept cold hard cash!

 

I've searched these forums and elsewhere for the solution without success. (I hope it's not something that can only be done with the paid version of Express Invoice.)

 

UPDATE: Never mind, I found it. (The software was actually prompting me all along to configure it! :D )
