myoung224 Posted October 8, 2011 Share Posted October 8, 2011 I have begun using EI version 3.29. I was able to add my company logo without a problem, but it won't let me re-size the logo. No matter what value I enter for logo size (1.25, 2) the size doesn't change. I understand that I should be able to enter a size in inches that I would like the logo to be. There is a problem with some JPG images.. here is what i done (thanks to a suggestion on this forum) If you greated your logo in Photoshop etc. Open your logo in Paint and save as logo2.jpg and try uploading it again.. it worked for me..
