adding on free nch software

Hi everyone, registered vp pro today, after using it on trial for a short time.

 

so far i am very novice and new to this. several questions come to mind, will ask one at a time.. also, i did a search and found some interesting forum posts and replies, but am not able to find an answer to this one in particular.

 

in the process of registering and activating the vp pro, i read something of interest, and that was a suggestion to try other nch software, some of which may be free.

 

rather than dl software that is trial version only, i was wondering if there is a quick way to figure out what software exactly that is absolutely free to use.

 

will continue to look around for a list. hope ok to save alittle time by asking here. time is always in short supply isnt it
