Extra zero appears in amounts

I have been using Express Accounts 2.08 for more than a year and was very happy till now. My problem is that an extra zero has appeared at the end of each and every entry of my saved transactions. For eg. $200.00 shows up as $2000.00 etc.. This problem started when I updated to Windows7 from Vista and tried the new trial version 4.05 and made some new entries. When I reverted back to Vista and my old version, the old transactions showed the extra zero in the amounts. The rest of the data is ok. Any ideas what happened to cause this?
