Saving videos and then theres no sound.

I just made a video with videopad and After i saved the video and played it there was absolutely no sound. But when i previewed my video everything worked perfectly. I have both the audio clip from my video and the soundtrack I wanted to add in the sequence. Im quite new to video editors so im not quite sure what to do. Any Ideas?

Im having the same problem actually. And even when saving as different formats i can't get a perfect video, in .mov the video will start and then picture freezes for a moment and sound continues so they are out of sync. The video is perfect when i preview...Any suggestions anyone.
