mixpad wont save files

Hi, have just purchased Mixpad, loved it during the trial.BUT now it won't let me save. I keep getting these error messages

"unable to move temporary project file at C:\users\cinlim\desktop\audio_23aug\tmp.mpdp..........Perhaps you don to have permissions to writeC:\users\desktop\audio_aug23\tmp.mpdp?" AND "cannot open fileC:\user\cinlim|desktop\audio_aug23\tmp.mpdp for wriring"

 

Its driving me crazy as I didn't think that I'd done anything differently to when I was trialling it.

Hi it's me again, I've worked out that if I "save as" a different version each time I can keep going. A black and white (windows?) error message flashed up...something about DAV///root, but it was too quick for me to capture. I'm Windows 7, could there be a breakdown in communications between Maxpad and Windows? I'm waay over my head.
