dmcg1012 Posted July 30, 2011 Share Posted July 30, 2011 i just downloaded this program. the "welcome" message played fine, and then when i tried to play the file i need to transcribe --- it plays, but there is no sound. there is also no sound on the welcome message now either --- i've checked all volumes, and speakers/headphones --- what gives? It's worked for me before, but whether I use headphones or no, there is no sound coming from Express Scribe at all. Does anyone have a solution? Then I remembered that the only thing I had done before some files went silent was that I clicked on the 0 and 1 of the "channels" floating window. I now hear everything again.
