1887uk
Hi I'm using Windows 7 64-bit, and have just downloaded Express Scribe V5.30. I'm trying to add the file type extensions that I want to use, and have found instructions on how to do this by selecting File-Settings and then click on the Files tab. This should open a window giving me a choice of boxes to tick for the file types I want to use (eg, .mp3, .wav, .msv, etc). However, I've looked under File for the Settings link and cannot find it. I've looked under all the other headings and cannot find the Files tab anywhere. Can anyone help me to find this? I've tried uninstalling V5.30 to look for an older version (as I didn't have this problem on my previous computer, running Vista and an older version of Express Scribe) but cannot find a previous version to download. I hope someone can help me, as I am not able to get on with my transcription work at the moment. Thanks for any help. 1887uk
