catinshoe
Hello, This might be noobie problem, but I've just downloaded the free version of Video Pad today and made my first video with still photos. It was easy and very cool, and it looks great in Video Pad preview. However,I've tried saving it in a variety of formats, and each time it strips out the cool transitions. What do you suppose I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance, ~K

They advised me as follows: "Please go to C:\Program Files\NCH Software\Videopad\ and double click vpsetup.vx.xx.exe to reinstall the software and retry." ba-da-bing. Problem solved. Thanks Tech Support!
