Server problem???

Hi,

 

I chose the Express Invoice Plus software as it had a good format to create quotations with sequential numbers, something that a client of mine needed.

 

 

I have downloaded the programme and activated it to a folder on a shared server for my client.

 

 

There are two people who can raise quotes at my clients place but when I try to open the programme from one all is OK and I can see the previous quotes raised.

 

 

My problem is that when I open the programme from the other computer screen on the second persons computer it just opens a clean screen from which I cannot see any quotes raised by the other person?

 

 

Why is this. I have copied the shortcut and placed it on the shared server file so both users are seeing the same shortcut icon.

 

 

If you can help me I would be most grateful.
