Hatuey
Hello, My problem is the following: I have a VoIP box with two lines (where I can attach a commom phone). I would like that after an autentication of an incoming user call (via user ID), the costumer dial the number to whish he wants to call and then, IVM redirect the call to the phone input in the VoIP box. I have WinXP Pro (SP2), IVM 3.04 Regards, Hatuey
Jolandia
I have a similar issue. Basically, I want to be able to call into the system using a VoIP line. This then gets picked up (recognises my mobile number, for instance) and allows me to make another international outgoing call using much cheaper VoIP rates for international calls than the ones provided by my mobile phone operator. An additional plus would be the option of instead of ending the external VoIP call by hanging up to be able to press some keys and have a new dial tone for a new international call. Can IVM support this functionality? If so, what's the best option? Is anyone else using this kind of system? Thanks for your thoughts.
Boris
After half hour of exploring IVM, I have created menu for call transfer. First it requests pa password then a number to dial. Also possible to skip password according CallerID. Just look OGM properties and your will see all necessary settings.
