Key benefits of Express Invoice over Express Accounts?

This is a pre-sales enquiry. I intend to purchase E.Accounts, but this is a question about E.Invoice.

 

Having had a look at both demos, it seems to me that E.Accounts can do everything that E.Invoice does, but has a few more features including recording payments and more reports.

 

Is that basically correct? If not, could someone please explain what benefit there is to using E.Invoice as well as E.Accounts?

 

I.E. what can E.Invoice do that E.Accounts can not?
