conversion of ram audio files to wav

I have downloaded the free Switch software and I successfully converted ram audio files from RealAudio Stream to wav format several times and then all of a sudden it wouldn't work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Switch. I've even tried wiping hard drive and starting over. Nothing seemed to work. Finally I tried downloading the Plus demo and I converted 6 audios successfully and now it doesn't work again. Does this mean that this is only available in the purchased Plus version and the reason it stops working is because the trial period is over? If so, how about writting that on your website so that a person knows. I've spent many hours on this problem and I'm frustrated. When it works, I love the program. Please help. Thanks.
