USB Audio

Ion video 2 PC, with Debut Video Capture on vista, but the software refuses to identify the audio on my device, the picture capture is exellent but i cannot get the software to use the audio for this device there is simply no option for this, has anyone had this problem, i have re-installed drivers and tried every possible configuration i no the audio is capable of working as the origanl software with the product will use it,

 

im losing my hair with every pull please help
