Pocket Talk - Very wired problem!

I am using is Windows Mobile 6 device connected over a Wi-Fi network using WPA-PSK.

 

I am connecting to a Shoretel VoIP system.

 

If initiate the call I can hear them they can't hear me but if they initiate the call to me everything works fine. After they have called me if I then call them back everything is then fine.

 

If I connect to the same Wi-Fi network on my laptop everything works first time.

 

Does this point to a problem with the windows mobile device?

 

A different client on an apple Iphone works fine first time.

 

Any comments very much appreciated.
