I have question about the "Bill To" column

 

1.every time write something on "Bill To" column,after record,the bottom will increase space automatic,If print out this sheet,the space will occupy the items table,but the item table lower about 4 to 6 line.

 

2.the"Ship To" column will copy everything from the "Bill To" column after record,even I don't need,also increase space on bottom.

 

Please help me to fix this obstruction problem,Thanks!
