I also have this transfer to detect when answered with software: Ringing Silence Detect: 4100 Voice Silence Detect: 1000 Ringing or busy timeout: 10 Answer Detect fail timeout: 15 Assume answering machine if voice longer than: 8 The call log looks something like this: 00:00 Answered line [2 "TelephonyModem"] call number [42] cid [Unknown] did[] drn[1 (6156ms)] 00:00 Run plugin: C:\j2sdk1.4.1_02\bin\java.exe -classpath C:\CAPEPhone CallLogger -n Unknown 14:18:53 00:00 Play file: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NCH Swift Sound\IVM\OGMs\HESCAPEDefault.wav 00:00 Plugin returned: 00:03 Command - Transfer 00:03 Dialing: ! 00:04 Dialing complete 00:05 Dialing: 91234567890 00:09 Caller pressed key [6] 00:09 Caller pressed key [7] 00:10 Caller pressed key [8] 00:10 Caller pressed key [9] 00:11 Dialing complete 00:12 Dialing complete 00:22 Play system prompt: RecordTone 00:23 Dialing complete 00:23 Transfer complete so drop call 00:25 Call disconnected The call is transferred but IVM doesn't wait to see if it is answered (presumably because it hears the keys pressed and thinks someone is on the line).
