Transferring calls to long phone numbers

I have IVM transferring a call to an outside number, say, 9 123 456 7890. I also have this transfer to detect when answered with software:

 

Ringing Silence Detect: 4100
Voice Silence Detect: 1000
Ringing or busy timeout: 10
Answer Detect fail timeout: 15
Assume answering machine if voice longer than: 8

 

The call log looks something like this:

The call is transferred but IVM doesn't wait to see if it is answered (presumably because it hears the keys pressed and thinks someone is on the line). How do I get it to wait longer before listening to the line?
