My Toolbar is not the same as the screenshots

I am really confused and I want to figure this out before I spend the money purchasing this program.

 

I am looking at the directions and, for example, it says: "Recording Options. You can access the recording options by going to Options menu -> select "Recording Options...", or clicking the Options button in the recording window. The recording options are detailed below."

 

Well, I do not have anything in the menu that says "options" and I do not have an "Options" button in my toolbar.

 

The screenshots offered on the website do not reflect the same toolbar that I have.

 

Is the free version I have different than the version you get once you have paid?

 

My toolbar does not have "Options," "Audio Settings," "Eject Disc," or "Buy Online"

 

Please advise.
