ignore error and continue converting - not working

hi there Switch-user-community ,

 

after I couldn't find an answer to my problem by searching the web and this forum, I hope I will get help this way. Thank you in advance.

 

I bought the 'Switch Sound File converter Plus' yesterday and I tried to convert entire folders by 'add folder'.

 

1. In most of my folders is some album art, lyric text files etc. and Switch always stops converting there. I did tick 'options - conversions - ignore error and continue converting', but it is still not working. What can I do?

 

2. would there be a possibilty that the program would just copy those files to the destination folder?
