Guest Chris
I am converting wma files to mp3 and I lose the album and artist tags on the new mp3. Is there a solution for this?
nchtj
our software can't currently read tags from wma files, we can only read from wav and mp3 files. wma tag support is on the to do list though (reading is, maybe not writing).
Guest AndyP
I found this a problem too, so I tested converting MP3 -> MP3 and the tags still got lost. Not sure what is going on. I am trying to convert a whole collection, some MP3, some WMA. If I add directories I get some files already MP3 and they don't need converting, software not smart enough to skip. Adding files to the list is tedious, any other options?
pnfrr
I just downloaded the free version. It still seems to lose WMA tag info - it truncated the info to ONE LETTER! Not sure how long that "To Do" list is, but seems like something that was "to do" some 21 months ago really should be in the product by now. I'm looking to purchase Switch... has the WMA tag support been added? Thanks! ::kindler chase::
