Leeuwis Posted September 20, 2009 Share Posted September 20, 2009 Hello all, Just build me a new PC and now I encounter a strange problem: At my old PC (Athlon 2200+ processor running at 1.8 GHz with 1GB RAM) converting a 3863Kb WMA file to MP3 takes 6 seconds and saving takes another 23 seconds. At the new PC (Phenom 9950 quad core processor running at 2.6 Ghz with 2 Gb RAM) converting the same file takes 3 mins 55 and saving takes another 11 seconds. The direct X versions on both machines are the same and up to date. The Switch version is 1.05. Any ideas what is going on here ???
