No ringing until caller id has been received

1. If the program would keep the desk phone from ringing until after caller id had been processed, it would eliminate any and all distraction from a blocked call or banned number. I'm not sure if either blocked or "banned" has this same effect. I haven't had the product long. I am migrating from Symantec Talkwork Pro. (It can't be done in that, but there are programs that do.)

 

2. Help files could be a bit more thorough. E.g. it isn't clear if multiple numbers can be added to caller id validity check (presumably separated by semi colons, are asterisks required, needed or allowed?)
