If the program would keep the desk phone from ringing until after caller id had been processed, it would eliminate any and all distraction from a blocked call or banned number. I'm not sure if either blocked or "banned" has this same effect. I haven't had the product long. I am migrating from Symantec Talkwork Pro. (It can't be done in that, but there are programs that do.) 2. Help files could be a bit more thorough. E.g. it isn't clear if multiple numbers can be added to caller id validity check (presumably separated by semi colons, are asterisks required, needed or allowed?)
