Will This Software Allow You To Playback Recording Over Phone Line?

I want to be able to playback a recording over the phone line. Will this software allow me to do that?

 

Here is what I need. To be able to come on a conference call live, after a few minutes begin playing a recording and then

when the recording is over, to come back on live and finish the call.

 

Can anyone tell me if this is possilbe with this program and if not, which program would best fit this need?
