We did the trial of Express Invoice and really liked it. We decided to buy the license and installed it on a new PC, did a backup from the old PC and a restore to the new one. When we tried to enter an invoice the order number box was grayed out and we could not enter the order number.

 

This is a critical function for our business, so not having the order number renders the SW almost useless for us.

 

Any ideas how to fix this? In our first install, we were able to enter the order numbers by hand with no problem.
