Converting .msv for .wav

Hi,

 

I have one problem using command line tool. I am trying convert .msv to .wav with the following command line:

 

 

String.Format("-convert \"C:\\007_DOMINGO_002_gilvan_2009_05_10.msv\" -outfolder \"C:\\\" -format .wav -settings .wav PCM16 16000 1 -overwrite ALWAYS -hide -exit");

 

 

but just the setting not worked.

Someone help me?
