Malaclemys Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 Hello. I am considering purchasing the Trx Phone Recorder software. I feel the software is very good and it is precisely what I need. My main usage of the software is to put calls on hold and play a recording during their time on hold. However, the recording feature is quite nice as well. In any event, my main issue is that once the calls are on hold (I achieve this by first clicking on record, then clicking on hold), after several minutes of the call being on hold, the entire computer will crash and I will receive a blue screen error. It seems like about five minutes after being on hold, the entire system simply crashes. I have attached a copy of the error report here. It says, "Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" STOP: 0x000000D1 (0xFFBDF000, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0xF76D6262) HSF_DP.sys _ Address F76D6262 base at F76CF000, Datestamp 3d6243e2 Any assistance on this issue is greatly appreciated. I would like to be able to put people on hold confidently without the entire system crashing after 5 minutes. Interestingly enough, the result of the crash does not result in a memory dump. I have configured it in the My Computer to try to get a memory dump so I could analyze it, but for some reason, it will not output a dump file. Thanks.
