To copy a DVD failed

Hi all,

 

I use the current Free version of Burn Express for a short time.

My attempt to copy/burn a complete DVD on a DVD-R failed.

The burning procedure, in my opinion, wents normally through but the burned DVD-R was completely empty.

 

Does Burn Express work approximately only with the purchase version?

 

Another DVD with contents from local directories of the hard disk was been burning faultlessly, however.

DVD's from the shops are generally copy protected and Dual layer disks.

Meaning they can hold over 8gb where a single layer disk dvd-r will only hold 4.7.
