Converted playback

Hello everyone,

 

I just downloaded the trial version to see if I would like it. So far I do, however when I played back a song that I converted from cassette to mp3 I only hear and see on mono track. I am using a gold stereo plug coming from the headphone out jack of a tape player to the line in on my computer. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions?

Hi,

 

Click the Wizard button.

Tick the option to set recording output format.

When you get to the recording output format dialogue, click the format settings button after selecting MP3

Where it says "channel encoding mode" change this from joint to stereo.
