Printing error Express Invoice, Please help!

Hi there,

 

I just downloaded Express Invoice today and it looks great, but

I am having problems printing the invoice.

 

When I print, the spreadsheet part of it prints out on an angle.

 

Would appreciate help.

my Express Invoice can't print and stucked every time. 

but my printer work properly.
