Application Crashes

Version 1.23 on Vista Pro. Used the test system and it seemed to work OK -- that was on XP. Bought a license but didn't use it for about 6 months.

Sudently, in the middle of a track, it stops with a message "Abnormal Execution Problem"

There seems to be a bug report screen -- but I can't access it. The next window says

Golden Recors Vinyl to CD Converter has stopped working.

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solutio is available. (This screen gives me a "debug" button along with "close program."

So the application witll record one or two or maybe three tracks (doing cassettes) and then this.

I tried tweaking a few settings, but no luck there. Any suggestions?
