DallasDiamond
I am using a Dialogic D/41JCT-LS 4-port analog card. I was able to get IVM to answer the call and start the callfow, accepting DTMF digits to get the caller to the correct callflow route. However, after about the 5th OGM which takes callers entry (DTMF), the IVM does not pick up any more digits. Any one else experience this and why? DallasDiamond
To further provide information, the following is what occurs: * An OGM requests caller to enter 10-digit telephone number. It is stored in a variable * The next OGM provides back the variable then redirects to the next OGM * The OGM confirms by asking caller to DTMF in 1 or # to re-enter telephone number Any thing over 5 digits in length seems not to work with the above call flow navigation. Any assistance would be appreciated.
DallasDiamond
Last piece of information. If I run the callflow noted in prior message posted through the IVM simulator, it does not have a problem. It only has a problem when it is a live call. However, the IVM is picking up all 10 digits from the caller, noted in the call window, and is played back in the OGM prior to the confirmation OGM. This is a weird issue.
