WAV and MP3 Files Cut Short

Has anyone seen issues with (the latest version) of Switch dropping content on conversion? What's so darn frustrating is it doesn't happen all the time via the exact same process. I seem for the most part to just get a 4kb file with no sound. This is a great application and we use it extensively, but I've never had so many problems with a third party tool after I worked with it converting an old console application to a .NET Windows Service that calls the Switch application via command line parameters (there are also definite issues with command line usage not working properly).
