first of all congrats on the VOIP integration.

 

Is it posible to use IVM to collect responses via tones and update a Data Base. on outgoing calls,

 

i.e your data base would be something like this

 

Field1_id field2_phone field_3_Response field3_Response2

1 555-555-5555 1 3

2 666-666-6666 2

3 777-777-7777 34 4

It would be great if IVM could append colected data to the original DB in real time,
