jandreasen
I just installed OfficeIntercom on my home network. Because my home office is in the basement, communication between my family and me usually ends up with us yelling back and forth. Not too efficient and really annoying. I found OfficeIntercom and installed it hoping that my family and I could use it to communicate more easily, but it's not working. Here's the problem: I can call upstairs, and they can call downstairs, but if we want to have a conversation, we can't do it. We're using it like a walkie talkie or a CB radio: one of us holds down F5 while they talk, then the other does the same to reply. The first one to talk can be heard by the other, but then the second person has to wait for the call to disconnect before they can reply. Nor can the first person make a second call before the call disconnects -- they get three beeps instead. Is this the way it's supposed to work? More like an intercom announcement rather than the ability to have a conversation? If not, any idea what we need to do to get it to work? Thanks, Jerri
ashiyanayoga
It may be due to network problem. Ashu Yoga Retreat
