command line settings encoder option is not working

Recommended Posts

Respected Sir,

I have purchased Switch Sound File Converter. I am trying to convert .DSS to WAV(MPEG3) and .WMA,.MP3,.DCT to .WAV(DSP Group True speech) using switch command line.

I am running following command:

C:\A> switch -clear -convert C:\A\FDSS.dss -format .wav -settings .wav PCM16 8000 1 -outfolder c:\a\ -overwrite ALWAYS -hide -exit

But it will always convert the file into DSP Group True Speech because I have set DSP Group True Speech Format in Encoder Options.

Is my command wrong or any other problem in settings?

I have written Java Program which will convert according to Extension because DSS converted in DSP will have quality issue.

If I convert it in MPEG3 then quality is good.

I want to know the -settings options for mpeg3, 56kbps, Stereo, 24kHz.

Can you help me?

Yours Thankfully,

Sohil Bhavsar
