ExpressTalk Dialpad Tones - can't acess voice mail

Dear anyone,

 

Can you help? :huh:

 

When you try to access voicemail, all the tones emitted by each number are the same. As a result, 1 sounds like 2 and 2 sounds like 3 etc.

 

The telephone voicemail box therefore can't recognise, whether you are trying to "press 1 to listen to your messages" or "press 5 to hang-up" etc.

 

Have mailed tech support 3 times - no answer. Anyone know more than NCH about this? :)
