JORGEMAL Posted June 6, 2009 Share Posted June 6, 2009 My phone system depends on a PBX; when a call enters, VRS starts recording but if such a call is to be transfered to another extension and it is placed on hold (when on hold a special recording describing our services takes place) then recording stops.
