Does not even answer the IVM Answering Attendant extension.

Hello,

 

I'm using software with SHT-8B/PCI card IVM Answering Attendant.

 

Welcome message from an outside line calls IVM is given, but internal calls (extension line) does not enter into IVM Welcome message.

 

I call the company's internal and external company to answer to how do I make automatic IVM'in.

 

You want help in this matter.
