No sounds from my recorded mixes

hi, i just got mixpad about 3 days ago and i have some mixes, when ever i press record on all tracks, then press the main record button, the files saved have no sound at all when i play them... anyone know why?

Hi, I just recieved the Mix pad software and am having the same issue as well. I put the tracks in each of the frames and try to record but nothing. Some help would be appreciated

I am a long-time user of other NCH software, but have working with MixPad just in the last two days, and having some difficulty. I, too, have no volume in the projects I've recorded. However, after the second go-around, I noticed that while I could adjust the 'Play Vol' for each track, the 'Rec Level' is not available to adjust, and hence is set at zero.

 

So that's the question - how to adjust the recording level? In case these boards are monitored at all, I'll check back for a reply.

Dont know if this is your problem, but it solved it for me. Right click the track youre recording in, select "Set Track Recording Options", set the "Device" to your soundcard and the "Channel" to "Stereo Mix." Hope this helps.
