Can't Hear Outgoing Message Over external VOIP line

I configured AXON & IVM to run on a Windows XP machine. Installed a VOIP line n the AXON using SIPGATE. When I make an external call to the Sipgate number, AXON accepts the VOIP call routes it to the Call attendant which answers it and declares it is playing the outgoing message, however nothing can be heard.

 

What is strange is that I can hear voice mail announcements but not outgoing messages. If I call the call attendant from a SIPS software phone running on the same machine I can hear the outgoing message. I am mystified as to why the external SIPS (VOIP) call hears the voice mail announcements but not the outgoing message from the call attendant.

 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
